Cassaromas Refund Policy

At Cassaromas, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of fragrance products, please review our refund and return policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if,

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
